Foal number 43 is Ronin, a colt from Prairie. I wish he had gotten some paint markings along with his speckles and bloody shoulders, but I like his brown face with the stripe.
Number 44 is another colt, this time from Desi, by the name of Lucky. I like the mix of genetics with him.
Phillip was still spending a lot of time with his "special friend", Whisper, although his parents found it kind of odd that he and his imaginary friend didn't always seem to see eye to eye.
He was excited to be getting older, and as he aged his resemblance to his older brother, Percy, became more apparent (weird nose thing and all).
He had recently acquired a special potion to turn Whisper real, and he promptly gave it to her after his birthday celebration was over.
She was even prettier than he had imagined she would be.
Teila liked having another girl in the house again, but there was no way she was letting the pair of them share the basement bedroom, so Whisper was given Cora's old room.
Meanwhile, Damian was a bright little boy, and he mastered his basic skills with relative ease.
He spent a lot of time playing his colorful xylophone, although he wasn't prepared at first for the odd noises it made.
And sometimes he just preferred to munch on the mallet instead.
While his parents sometimes wondered why their newest son seemed to have gotten none of his distinguishing features from either of them, they still agreed that he was adorable.
As he grew older, however, some of his eccentricities started to reveal themselves.
The boys shared a bunk-bed in the basement, since it was the only bedroom left in the house.
Damian had a very interesting choice in sleepwear, and slept entire nights with his eyes open.
Cora invited Teila over to visit her at her new place, and at first she was a little confused over her daughter's choice of dress.
As it turns out Cora was planning a party for later that evening, and was hoping that Teila would attend. Also in attendance were Percy and Angelina, however Angelina's husband, Cyrus, was absent for some reason.
Also at the party was this girl, Rocio Trahan. She was really excited about Percy...
Teila was hopeful to set the girl up with her oldest son, and asked her if she was seeing anyone; Percy had been out of the house for years but still had yet to find a serious relationship.
Unfortunately, the poor girl misunderstood her intentions, and before heading home surprised Teila with a lovely bouquet of flowers. Teila tried hard to convince her son to talk to the girl before the party ended, but was unsuccessful in her endeavor. And poor Cora must have been exhausted, as she headed to bed half-way through the evening...
Back at home, Troy enjoyed some underwear-clad me-time after the kids were all in bed. Ah, the wonders of a toasty tushy...
